Held in the quiet village of McGregor, this immersive retreat invites a return to rhythm through movement, nourishment, and conscious rest. Created by Balu Nivison and Claudia Batschari, Soulful Rhythms is a space where joy and self-discovery meet, offering a gentle yet powerful reset for body and mind.

Each day unfolds through a balance of guided practice and open time. Mornings are devoted to movement, breath, and inner exploration. Through dance, yoga, meditation, and process work, participants are supported to reconnect with themselves in a way that feels both grounding and expansive.

Ayurveda weaves softly through the experience, most notably through the food. Meals are warm, seasonal, and deeply nourishing, designed to support digestion, balance, and overall wellbeing. From spiced breakfasts to hearty lunches and light evening meals, the rhythm of the day is held with care.

Afternoons are intentionally spacious. Time opens for rest, optional practices, treatments, or simply being in nature. Evenings draw the group back together through restorative practices, sound, or quiet reflection.
This is a retreat that holds both depth and lightness. A space to move, to feel, to reconnect and to return home with greater clarity, vitality, and ease.
