Overview

Facilitator Bio

There is a wisdom that lives in the body. One that predates every system, every institution, every inherited idea about who we are supposed to be. Annette Müller's work is an invitation to return to it.

As a medicine woman, artist, facilitator and storyteller, Annette works at the meeting point of somatics, matriarchal wisdom and earth-based healing. Her practice is devoted to one essential journey: coming home to the body, to the land and to the deeper intelligence that lives within both. She calls it a radical return, not to something new, but to something ancient that we have simply forgotten.

Her path into healing began in the worlds of fashion, storytelling and entrepreneurship, before her own search for wholeness drew her toward the healing arts. She holds a First-Class degree in Business from King's College London and has since trained extensively in yoga, reiki, herbal medicine, trauma-informed somatics and parts work. She is a doula, a lecturer in modern matriarchal studies, and the founder of Wild Nettle, a movement devoted to reviving the wisdom of wild plants and returning simple ancestral remedies to everyday life.

In her sessions and retreats, Annette draws on an uncommonly wide range of practices: somatic parts work, archetypal embodiment, nervous system-led movement, guided dance journeys, ritual, storytelling, voice and sound exploration, and land-based ceremony. What weaves it all together is a deep reverence for the feminine and a commitment to healing the patterns we have inherited from patriarchal and colonial systems, not through force, but through embodiment. In her own words: "My passion is to return home. To our bodies, to the land, and to one another. I believe that only when we are truly embodied can we begin to hear the Earth clearly, and know how to care for her and for each other."

Who This Is For

Women, primarily, and through them, children and men. Those who feel called to reclaim their bodies, their voice and their personal power. Those ready to meet their wildness and trust what they find there.

What to Expect

A transformational experience of truly meeting your body. Annette holds space that is rooted, ceremonial and alive, where insight does not arrive as information but as felt sense, memory and embodied knowing.
