During my illness, one of my little joys was a hot mug of ‘rocket fuel’, developed by Raw&Roxy in Cape Town, it’s an organic cacao drink complimented with a host of nootropics. It was a comforting ‘hug in a mug’ that would give me an energy boost. I wanted to learn more about the healing aspect (mind, body and soul) of cacao.
